To hear God, we need to stop. Like a runner who stops for water to finish the race, we must stop to receive what God is trying to pour into us.

T — THINK. Stopping creates space to think clearly. What you’re doing—does it honour God or dishonour Him? Will it bring you closer to Christ or pull you away? You may be free to choose, but not every choice builds you up.

A — ASK. Wisdom isn’t automatic. We can have knowledge and still lack direction. That’s why we ask God. He gives generously—but only to those who ask in faith, not doubt.

D — DO IT. The issue is rarely ignorance—it’s obedience. Knowing what’s right but not doing it is still sin. The struggle is real, but doing what’s right means denying yourself and following Jesus boldly.

Stop running. Think clearly. Ask God. Then do what God told you to do.
