S — STOP. We live in a world that worships speed, distraction, and self-assurance. But much of our spiritual decline begins when we forget to pause. Even Christian youth are caught up in trends, distractions, and a casual attitude towards God’s presence.
To hear God, we need to stop. Like a runner who stops for water to finish the race, we must stop to receive what God is trying to pour into us.
📖 Jeremiah 6:16 “Stand at the crossroads and look; ask for the ancient paths… and you will find rest for your souls.”

T — THINK. Stopping creates space to think clearly. What you’re doing—does it honour God or dishonour Him? Will it bring you closer to Christ or pull you away? You may be free to choose, but not every choice builds you up.
📖 1 Corinthians 10:23 “All things are lawful,” but not all things are helpful… not all things build up.”

A — ASK. Wisdom isn’t automatic. We can have knowledge and still lack direction. That’s why we ask God. He gives generously—but only to those who ask in faith, not doubt.
📖 James 1:5 “If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God… and it will be given to you.”

D — DO IT. The issue is rarely ignorance—it’s obedience. Knowing what’s right but not doing it is still sin. The struggle is real, but doing what’s right means denying yourself and following Jesus boldly.
📖 James 4:17 “If anyone knows the good they ought to do and doesn’t do it, it is sin for them.”

Stop running. Think clearly. Ask God. Then do what God told you to do.
